For 5-6 bucks (which is what it sells for in most stores) this is a great deal. Good design and use of parts and it's not too hard to build. The only thing is that it's small and you can't seat any lego men in it.

This is sold by LEGO for 5 bucks and toy r us for seven bucks, watch what you pay for this toy. These 3-in-1 kit containers are very nice little kits. You get directions to make 3 models. It's usually worth it to get more than one of these, and use the models as inspiration for your own similarly themed creations.
